What you can do
- Create a unique wallet PIN when you register
- Load funds via online, mobile app or cellphone banking, or at our retail partners
- Access your digital wallet by dialling *120*2345#
- Draw cash at our ATMs or retail partners using your voucher number and cash collection PIN
- Send up to R 5 000 a day from any retail partner you’re FICA’d with
- Reset the cash collection PIN if it’s lost or forgotten
- Reset your wallet PIN
- See your transaction history
- Cancel a payment to a receiver
How to get it
You can only register for one Instant Money Wallet.
If you bank with us
- Send yourself an Instant Money voucher through online, mobile app or cellphone banking, or from one of our ATMs
If you don’t
- Send yourself an Instant Money voucher from one of our retail partners

- Valid SA cellphone number (to receive money)
