Nedbank Limited proposes to upgrade the existing Nedbank Olwazini Training Centre complex. The proposed upgrade includes the construction of two (2) additional 11 bedroom cottages to the accommodation portion of the complex as well as an extension to the existing recreation area of the complex. The site is located on Portion 29 of the Farm Rietfontein 522 JQ in Muldersdrift within the jurisdiction of the Mogale City Local Municipality, Gauteng Province.

The proposed extension is being developed in response to the need within the Nedbank Olwazini Training Centre for additional accommodation for members of staff who attend training courses at the Nedbank Olwazini Training Centre.
