How to replace a damaged card

On the Money app
  1. Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
  2. Go to Cards.
  3. Choose the credit card you want to replace.
  4. Select Replace damaged card.
  5. Choose a delivery method and location from the dropdown list.
  6. Select Replace card.

Through Online Banking

  1. Sign in to Online Banking using your Nedbank ID.
  2. Go to Cards.
  3. Choose the credit card you want to replace.
  4. Select Replace damaged card.
  5. Choose a delivery method and location from the dropdown list.
  6. Select Submit.

How to block and replace your card

On the Money app
  1. Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
  2. Go to Cards.
  3. Choose the credit card you want to block and replace.
  4. Select Block and replace.
  5. Choose a reason for blocking or replacing your card from the dropdown list.
  6. Select Block card.

Through Online Banking

  1. Sign in to Online Banking using your Nedbank ID.
  2. Go to Cards.
  3. Choose the credit card you want to block and replace.
  4. Select Block and replace.
