  1. Login to the latest version of the app and select your debit order
  2. Select ‘My Debit Orders’
  3. Select ‘Stop’
  4. Select ‘Amount changes’
  5. Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’
  6. Select ‘Continue’
  7. View and accept the terms and conditions

Use Online Banking

  1. Login to your Online Banking profile and select ‘My Bank Accounts’ to view a list of your accounts.
  2. Select your debit order account and then ‘My Debit Orders’. A list of your debit orders will be displayed.
  3. Select the reason for disputing the debit order and then select ‘Reverse’ or ‘Stop’.
  4. Select ‘Confirm’ to accept the terms and conditions.

  1. Dial *120*321# and select ‘2.Banking’
  2. Select ‘6. My Debit Orders’
  3. Select the debit order you wish to stop or reverse
  4. Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’
  5. Select ‘Continue’
  6. View and accept the terms and conditions
