How to purchase Prepaid Data

STEP 2: Select the Buy tab.

STEP 3: Select the Airtime & Bundles sub tab.

STEP 4: Select the Once-off Purchase sub tab.

STEP 5: Choose the service provider you want to buy a voucher from.

STEP 6: Choose the type of voucher you want to purchase.

STEP 7: Choose the size of the data bundle you wish to purchase.

STEP 8: Enter the mobile number for which you want to purchase the data bundle.

STEP 9: Select the account you wish to make the payment from

STEP 10: Select the Buy button

STEP 11: Review the confirmation screen and if you need to change any of the details, select the Edit button. If you are satisfied with the details, select the Confirm button.

STEP 12: Enter your One time PIN (OTP) and click Submit.

STEP 13: A results screen will display the result of your payment. Select the Finish button to return to the Once Off Purchase landing page.

How to buy data bundles on your cellphone

STEP 1: Dial *130*321# on your cellphone. Follow the prompts and select/enter option 1 (Prepaid).

STEP 3: Select Data.

STEP 4: Select Enter Num to enter a different number to top up.

STEP 5: Enter the number to be recharged.

STEP 6: Enter/select the option corresponding to the data bundle you wish to purchase.

STEP 7: Review the confirmation screen and if you need to make any changes, select the applicable option. If you are satisfied with the details, select Confirm.

STEP 8: If your request was successful a confirmation screen will be displayed. Select the option for your next action.
