How do I get the app?

I’m already an Internet banking user (with token on cellphone)

  1. Sign in to Internet banking
  2. Follow the easy download steps
  3. Choose a new Remote PIN (this will replace your existing Internet banking password and can be used to access Remote Banking – app and Internet)
  4. Enjoy banking on the go using the app

Not registered for Internet banking/Registered (with token on keyring) 

  1. Visit your nearest branch with your cellphone and Global One card to register
  2. We’ll send you an SMS to download the app
  3. Once downloaded, install and activate the app
  4. Open the app, enter your Remote PIN and start transacting
