Al Baraka Banks’ property finance is aimed at making you a homeowner and providing you with financial independence much sooner. We want you to enjoy the benefits of your own home while you’re still young. Most home loans mean a long term commitment and years of fluctuating installments.

With Al Baraka Banks’ Murabaha property financing you can plan ahead, knowing that your fixed financial commitments will not alter at any time.

The Murabaha or Instalment Sale Mode of financing is used for property transactions. Both parties agree at the outset on the profit mark-up, and the period and terms of repayment which cannot be changed for the duration of the transaction.

Speak to an Al Baraka Bank financial consultant about your particular needs before you go house hunting. With the Bank’s approval you can negotiate as a cash buyer.

This financial facility is available for a mutually agreed period, giving you enough time to search for that special home you’ve always wanted. The transaction is only subject to the Bank’s favourable assessment of the property and your financial situation.
