At our retail partners
- Present your SA ID at the till point
- Provide your cellphone number and the recipient’s
- Say how much you want to send
- The sender’s fee is deducted from the amount you pay
- You’re sent a release PIN and voucher number
- The recipient is sent a notification with the voucher number
- You share the release PIN with the recipient

- Enter the release PIN

- Present the voucher number at the till
